A student who leaves the dormitory before the end of the semester will be charged rent til the end of that semester.

Hot supplement update – 10 NIS

Starting from October 1st:
Rent will be charged on the 10th of each month.
The charge will be proportional according to the day of entering the dormitory.
A student who leaves by the 10th of each month, will be charged the rent for that month in full. After leaving the dormitory, a correction will be made and the student will receive a credit for the days he did not stay.

All questions / clarifications in regards to electricity issues should be made via the above specified email with the electricity supervisor.

Replies will be sent by email. You may leave a phone number to request a call back and/or request to schedule an appointment if necessary.

In each apartment, in accordance with the number of roommates, electricity consumption will be divided equally between all roommates in the apartment.

The automatic electricity meter system is linked to the rent collection system, and students will be charged accordingly.

The installation of electricity meters at the Technion was done in order to encourage a reduction in electricity usage.

Furthermore, the rates for students are lower than the typical rates of the electric company.
