New Eastern Village (known as ‘Mizrach Hadash’)

The dormitories in the New Eastern Village accommodates undergraduate and graduate students, singles as well as student couples and families alike. The residential complex is located near Technion’s Eastern Gate, in buildings 450-459 – please refer to the following maps: Google map; Campus Map (pdf)

Apartments for Singles: five-bedroom apartment accommodating 5 students in single rooms. Each room is furnished with a bed (mattress included), desk, chair, wardrobe closet, linen closet and shelves, and are fitted with TV and WiFi connections. Occupants share a kitchen (with a refrigerator and stove top (gas or electric)), living room area (with couches and dining table with 5 chairs) and bathroom and shower facilities.
Apartments for couples: one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, living room and bathroom.
Apartments for families: two-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, living room and bathroom.

All of the buildings have air-conditioning (students are responsible for their energy consumption). A laundromat is located in the basement of buildings 452, 453 and 456.
