Dormitory Residence for the Summer Semester – Single Students
Registration dates: June 11, 2023 – June 15, 2023
Residents who would like to remain in their room for the summer are to complete an application for the specific complex in which they live.
Students who are not currently living in the dormitories but would like to live in the dorms for the summer are to complete an application via the registration system.
Requests for the different types of dormitories are to be submitted in accordance with the number of academic credits accumulated thus far, as per the table:
Students may only register for one type of dormitory.
Requests made by students who register for a dormitory type that is not in line with their number of academic credits will be rejected.
Dormitory placement will be provided on the basis of availability.
Responses will be provided via email towards the end of June.
Dormitory Residence for the Summer Semester – Couples and Families
Registration dates: June 11, 2023 – June 15, 2023
- All applications must include the student’s full name, ID # and 3 dormitory complex preferences – requests should be sent to the email address provided at the bottom of the page.
Eligibility will be evaluated on the basis of socioeconomic criteria and space availability.
- Dormitory residents who wish to stay in their apartment for the summer do not need to submit an application/request.
- Dormitory residents who wish to leave the dorms at the end of the spring semester are to send a message stating this to the email address provided at the bottom of the page.
- Single students who have requested dormitory housing for couples for the winter semester and wish to enter the dormitory earlier – in the summer semester – are to send a request via email in accordance with the dates specified above.
