Dear tenants,
We congratulate you for joining to be part of the dormitory residents and wish you success in your new studies year
We are often asked about the possibility of moving to other dormitories areas.
Since the occupancy is full, we can consider transfer requests only if there is a proven medical condition with a recommendation from the Technion doctor
(The dormitory website contains a detailed explanation of the process of obtaining an acceptable medical recommendation).
We will not be able to consider other cases, unless there is a particularly unusual situation (according to the office’s considerations).

An answer will be given a few days later, when the transition itself must be done within 2 days of receiving the answer.
Dates for the Spring semester – 2024
Dormitory registration for new students: 3.11.2024 – 15.1.2025.
End of residence in winter, departure date: 6.3.2025.
Transitions towards spring: 19.3.2025.
Entry of new tenants: 24.3.2025-25.3.2025.
