Academic Experience:
I highly recommend the Comparative Endocrinology, Immunological Biotechnology, and Synthetic Microbiology courses. They were all taught at a high level. While they are officially master’s courses, they were definitely manageable as an undergraduate student.

Campus & Social Life:
Leuven is an amazing student city—small but full of life! There are always events happening, and I loved the student-friendly environment. I highly recommend getting a sports card, which grants access to many fun fitness classes, and a culture card, which offers discounts on performances and other cultural activities.

Personal Experience:
Studying at KU Leuven was a truly unique and empowering experience. I met students from all over the world, built lifelong friendships, and expanded my global network. The university’s historic atmosphere and academic rigor helped me grow both personally and academically.
