Employers - Dean of Students Office

The unit operates within the Office of the Dean of Students as a career center and works to strengthen the connection between academia and the job market, and to encourage joint projects with organizations and companies across Israel. In addition, the unit provides a wide range of employment solutions for employers seeking to identify excellent candidates from the Technion. The unit offers employers a variety of options to carry out joint activities and to receive various services.

Participation in Technology Job Fairs

Each year, the unit holds two technology job fairs, which include direct meetings between students and graduates of the Technion and companies that represent the industry and development divisions in the Israeli economy. Please stay updated about the dates of the job fair via the unit’s website and register as soon as you can.

Spotlight Day

We invite your company’s representatives to join us here at the Technion campus for a Spotlight Day, during which you can recruit the best and the brightest of Technion’s students and graduates. During the Spotlight Day event, you can give a lecture to teach Technion students and graduates about the activities of your company, conduct short job interviews, and pique their interest in the open positions at your company.

Student Tours of Industry Companies and Factories

The unit is delighted to collaborate in the organization of guided tours of factories and hi-tech companies. Through this unique activity, students will have the opportunity to see and understand why it is worthwhile for them to work for your company and to learn about what an actual workday looks like.

Advertising Positions Among Students and Graduates

The unit has created a centralized and updated database of job postings for students and graduates. We invite you to advertise open positions at your company to students and graduates from all engineering and science disciplines through us, at no cost. Job postings for students and graduates should be sent via email to: career@technion.ac.il. Please note that the job posting should include: job title, job description, description of requirements, location, and target audience.
