Undergraduate Village (known as ‘Kfar Hasmaha’)

General:

The dormitories are intended for singles and couples studying for a bachelor’s degree.

New dormitory buildings, located near the main gate of the Technion.

In each apartment building intended for singles and couples, some of the apartments are accessible.

A student who needs an accessible apartment is invited to fill out an accessibility form (on the website, under the “Forms” button)
and send to the email address of the office mailto:dormitories@technion.ac.il.

Laundry rooms are in buildings 176, 178, 179.

Internet and TV connection in all apartments.

4 classroom study spaces including internet (in every building on the 4th floor).

7 classrooms (on the 1st floor, side B and on the 5th floor, side A).

Bicycle repair and inflation station (near building 179).

Sports facilities (between buildings 177 and 176).

Drink and food machines (in buildings 177 and 179).

The bachelor apartments:

Five students in an apartment, a tenant in each room.

Furniture for each tenant: bed + mattress, wardrobe, shelves, table with drawers, chair, mirror.

Each apartment has a kitchen, a furnished living room, bedrooms, a service balcony, a shower and double toilets.

Shared furniture for all tenants: kitchen cabinets, kitchen table + 5 chairs, refrigerator, electric stove.

Couple apartment:

Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, shower and toilet.
